Question: Joining a gym after 9 mths prior to an accident injury!.!?
Hi, i met with an accident and injured my shoulders n arm!. Thinking of joining gym just to keep fit and try and eliminate the other complexions thats arised after the accidents (Women Problem) and weight gain!. I am feeling sluggish and having trouble conceiving due to weight gain!. Do u ppl think its wise to do so or should i wait a while longer before doing so!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should check with your orthopedic surgeon about that!. Being injured myself (broken leg), I can certainly feel your frustration of trying to keep fit!. If you are pain free, you will probably be fine with lower body exercises!. Maybe pool exercises will be good as well, since they can be more gentle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Before you join a gym ask about the contract they have because some of the gym's around my area you got to sign a 12 month contract and if you don't go you still got to pay so check it out first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Join there are ways of exercising without straining your shoulder and arm, eg treadmill, yoga and the instructors can show you ways to gently exercise the shoulder that could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
