Paralysing pain in spine when I get adrenaline?!

Whenever I almost get into a fight, or almost get pulled over by the cops or anything where I can feel my adrenaline rush over me, a few seconds go by and I start to feel pain in my spine!. it is excrutiatingly painful and it usually last between 20 seconds to 2 minutes!. It starts in my mid-spine by my heart then up and down it!. It feels like 50,000 volts going through me, in my central nervous system!. I have to hold my breath close my eyes!. I don't know what it is!. Could this be from smoking crack!? I smoked crack for a few years over 5 years ago!. It first started when I almost got into a fight that I talked my way out of!. I just really didn't want to fight!. I was too hung over!. It also happened when I chased these four guys in my car because they were causing trouble in my neighborhood!. it happened as soon as they got away and there was no more danger!.
