Ok! the first thing you do is clam down
now the secound thing that you need to do is sit down for a few mintures then start walking for anoher few it should get better once you do that
now it might be beacuse of the way your sitting but it might not if you don't get better by wlaking around it's not and you should wake your mom and tell her to take you to the doctor
and don't worry your going to be just fine this has happend to me befor and i just waited it out but if you do go to the doctor the doctor might give you some pills to take and you'll be all better in no time well good luck =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a multitude of reasons why you are having pain !. it depends if you have symptoms of other things !. here are a few things you could look up on web MD and if one of them sounds like you than you can go to your mom with the problem

if you cant take the pain you should wake your mom, tell her when the pain started and if you been getting this pain for a while, like days, and if its been going away and coming back!. she may want to take you to the doctors!. hope you feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

depending on how old you r i would sugesst two parecetomol if u are 12 and over!.!.!. and see how that goes!. if u are in considerble pain then yes wake ur mom she will know what to do !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
