i just started my period today and i have the WORST cramps ever!!!!!!!! i took 2 midol, 3 ibuprofen, a hot bath, and i even used a heating pad! now what!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That midol stuff does not work!. I use excedrin extra streangth because it's really strong and will kill that pain witin 5 to 10 minutes plus it won't make you tired!. I use it for everything!. But use should still use the heating pad!. It helps!. Instead of taking a bath, use the shower!. It helps to have all the heat targeted at your lower back as oposed to just being in hot water!. Besides sitting in water while you're on your period can cause urinary tract infections!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
well!.!.!.i AM a girl and i think only girls could answer this!. you could do some exercising, not vigorous but just light stuff like walking!. It releases endorphins, chemicals in the body that make you feel good!. Don't drink any caffeine or alcohol and maybe do some yoga stretches!. If that doesn't work and if your really in pain, (and if your old enough to), you could have sex!. It sounds really out there, but I've heard that it really helps ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you are on the right track; ibuprofen, heat!. Try drinking a warm drink (without caffeine) and sometimes that can help too!. When all else fails, I have to agree with the first person who provided an answer, sex helps!.!.!.specifically an orgasm! I really have no idea why it works so well, but it does! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
When i have cramps like that i sit in a chair and put my head to my knees!. When you sit squished up it sometimes helps!. Also go for a walk or run!. Sit-ups mght even help you out I hope you feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
