4!. Place an 1/8-inch thick piece of nylon beneath the insole of your shoe, thus raising the heel, for anterior pain!.

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do besides a heating pad and massages!. You could try some stretching of the calve muscles, it should help!. Try wearing good supportive shoes!. They should feel better in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
