Aggggh..sore legs?!
Question: Aggggh!.!.sore legs!?
Im a dancer and yesterday we went running, and we didnt run that much, but we did our high kicks and then lunges afterwards and today Im extremely sore because I haven't been doing those in a while!. But I was wondering if maybe stretching would help or make it worse!? If so, what can I do to take the pain away!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching would probably help, but nothing too strenuous!. Just reach for your toes a bit, or do some Hollywoods!. You could take Ibuprofen, or other pain meds, or even use heating pads or a hot bath! Those help to relax your muscles!. Also eat plenty of potassium, it might be another cause of your leg cramps!.
