Chronic pain can become debilitating both physically and mentally!. You need to treat the pain, though!. I would find a Pain-Management Clinic to evaluate you and work on a course of treatment!. This may include PT to massage the feet, Ultrasound and find a means to reduce the pain!.

I think anyone in your circumstance would feel depressed and give up!. Sleeping is the way you cope with feeling so miserable!.

You need to give yourself a purpose to get up each morning!.

There are jobs that you can do and work from your own computer at home!. Just do a google search!. A job would keep you motivated!.

Some anti-depressants such as Elavil have a dual effect--they manage the depression as well as pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably are "depressed" - chronic pain and immobility can generate that state!.

Consider that your mind is attached to your body, and that each affects the other!. One can lead the other, and it sounds as if your body has lead your mind a bit!.

You could go on meds - and gain more weight and be an emotional zombie!.

Or, you could get some coaching on how to better use your mind to help bring your body along!.

Seek a good hypnotist or coach experienced with both sports and chronic pain!. The general idea you're looking for is help getting off the meds and focusing your mind on the resources rather than the supposed limitations!. e!.g!. they make bicycles that are hand-pedal, so you can still do aerobic fitness - a key element in defeating the chemistry of depression!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay look you have to get enough sleep!. Studies show that people who dont tend to have more stress and be more grumpy!. So anyways i would say think postitve!. Get back to school and get a degree in sales!. Those people get alot of money and they sit all day in front of a computer!. Anyways stop being depressed!. Get an ipod, music helps depression!. And running or walking makes you get rid of it too!. Also you should get a hobby to do, like writing or reading or something fun!. And always remember there are people who have worse situations then you do so you should enjoy the things you have and not waste your life being depressed all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
