I need to fall asleep NOW...please help...?!
Question: I need to fall asleep NOW!.!.!.please help!.!.!.!?
I have always had trouble sleeping, but over the past few months it has been worse!. I have tried EVERYTHING that anyone has suggested and nothing works!. Here is what I have tried already, so that you know how NOT to answer this question:
-presciption sleeping aids (lunesta, ambien etc)
-herbal sleeping pills
-over-the-counter aids (advil pm, tylonal pm, nyquil, etc)
-melatonin (pills, spray, etc)
-reading a book!.!.!.even a boring book
-watching tv!.!.!.even boring tv
-breathing excercises in bed before sleeping
-warm baths/showers
-milk
-decaf tea
-no caffeine after 4pm/no caffeine at all
Probably even more than I can't think of right now!. I have not gotten more than 2 hours of sleep this entire week and I thought that at least by tonight I would just be so tired, I would pass out, but I am wide awake and can't even lay still!. I have to work at 8!. Please help!! :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really wish I could help you but if you've tried all those things already it seems like the problem has deeper roots!.
Are you under a lot of pressure or stressed out!? That could be what is keeping your mind awake and not letting your body get the rest it needs!.
Could it be a medication you're taking that is causing insomnia-like reactions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
