OTC addiction?!
Question: OTC addiction!?
ive recently discovered that i have OTC addiction, from reading an artical in cleo this month!.
ive been taking strong tablets the dad leaves around the house!.
i normally have a panadeen forte in the morning before school, and if im going out later ill take anouther!.
i take it to prevent stomache problems, even if i dont have it at the moment!.
ive been doing this for over a year!.
and now im starting to get headaches from doing it!.
ive tried to stop many times, but then when i do stop and i get sick at school, ill start again, because im scared ill get sick again!.
i started because, i had aclers in the bowel which cause horrible stomache problems, and i used to take heaps of advil, and panadeen to get rid of the pain!.
but now im addictied to it!.
how do i stop!?!.
its not as easy as you think and just not taking it!.
anyone in the same poisition!?
