You should try extreme sports like water-skiing, coasteering(jumping off cliffs) etc!.

I personally love horseriding!. You burn 500 cals an hour and it really tones up your legs and bum!. You get a really special relationship with your horse and it becomes one of your best friends!. Me and my horse are like bffs!. Don't call me sad because of this but we have a very special relationship!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the most fun times dancing than doing anything else!
It's good for your health too!.

Ballet, modern, tap, jazz, contemporary, it's all good :)

Well I've been working on a granny afgan for a month but if you dont know how to crochett or knit you can learn how on www!.lion brand!.com they have crafts and lots of printable copies of patterns from fancy headbands to sweaters, suade fring ge for gean skirts or jackets jewelry etc!. look it up you might see something to do they even show you how to knit and crochette!. good luck AprilWww@Answer-Health@Com
