Arms are sore...?!


Question: Arms are sore!.!.!.!?
after lifting dumbells are the gym on thursday!. then on friday my arms are sore, when i try to make them straight, it hurts alot!. i can only keep them bent!. and today is saturday!.!.what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you've just strained your muscles!.!. put some ice on them for 20 mins and then heat for 20, then ice again etc for about 1 hour!. This will relax the muscles and some of the pain will go!. just relax today!. if u rest them they should be ok in 2-3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you lifted too much, it just means your muscles are really sore and tight, massage them a little bit, put them in warm water if you want, and just wait is really what you have to do, dont lift for a little while and when you do go easier on yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may have tore a muscle or over stand it!!! It will stop soon maybe less than a week!.!.!.!.
It happen to me but it was in my shoulder it took a while to stop hearting!!
Just rest it!.!.!.

Try heat and gentle stretching and gentle massage if you can tolerate it - you sound like you simply over did it!. Eventually things will turn around and you'll start feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
