it happened from doing a kick!. the leg planted got the injury!.
Anyways, ther'es no pain!. But it feels like the muscle that runs from the knee cap to the thigh muscle twists!. that's kinda how it feels!. and if i bend and unbend my knee, sometimes it sounds !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to like Webmd or something and type in what is going on and it should tell you!. And then that will save you a trip to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
