It could be a lot of things!. One is a "panic attack!." An epileptiform seizure (but this doesn't mean you have epilepsy) or even a problem with your heart can cause these sensations!. It also could be a result of something that filtered up through your subconscious mind that didn't become clear in conscious thought--the reliving of a visceral impression!. If you falling off to sleep when this happened, it could be that you were going into sleep paralysis, which is just a mix-up in how the body and brain goes into or comes out of a sleep cycle!. If if was a one-time thing, not to worry!. If it happens frequently, you might want to talk to a doc about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are internalizing things in your life you feel you have no control over!? Think about what it might be!. Is there something directly affecting you!? Bills, school, work, BF/GF, loved one!. Or is there someone in your life going through tough times that you feel badly for!. Something that someone put a "bug in your ear" about!. You need to identify these trigger points and learn to either take action or let them go!. They have power over you and are causing this!. I have learned this technique to be true and after practicing it have been free of any anxiety attacks for a long, long time!. A build up of sexual tension will cause this also!. If you do not have an orgasm regularly your body's chemistry will play havoc on your system!. Think about how many times a day, or a week you have orgasms!. If it is not at least once a day, you may want to "work" on that!. I have always had 2 or 3 a day average but when there is a lot of tension in my life, I may have 4 or 5 a day until things return to normal!. This helps prevent the build up of negative affecting toxins in your system and gives you mental clarity and patience to deal with things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Ale09,
funnily enough this can actually be "something I ate!"
You see, one of the functions of the intestines is to process emotional experiences and traumas!. Where, however, due to chronic malnutrition (a typical condition throughout the First World and especially N!. America) the intestines are so overloaded with almost indigestible pap they can be brought into a state in which they are no longer able to carry out the function of emotional processing!.

Over time, the unprocessed traumas just pile up until the body is forced to discharge them in some other way, This can show itself as severe depression, panic attacks and similar!.

If you wish to correspond with me, I can send you an introductory guide to human appropriate nutrition (no charge)!. You may also wish to contact the Kushi Institute www!.kushiinstitute!.org to get details of your nearest consultant!.

Blessed be!.

Most likely a panic attack which can happen even when you don't know why!. The best thing that helps me is to take deep breathes in and out , in and out and this helps me relax!. If that doesn't help try getting up and reading or watching TV for about 1/2 hour and then if you feel better go back to bed!. If this happens frequently call your doctor for antianxiety medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
