Question: Is this arthritis!? But I am young!.!.!.!?!?!?
I have woken up a few times for the past couple of months with excruciating pain in my left knee to the point where I can't move it without it creating pain!. When this happens I slowly move my leg in circles (very painful) and when done the pain goes away!. Is this arthritis, I just turned 33!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be because you are sleeping in a position that is putting a lot of stress on the knee!. Try resting a pillow between your knees when you sleep!.
If that doesn't help, you might have arthritis!. Some forms hit children as well as adults!. Taking an antinflamatory such as Aleve or Motrin may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know people in their teens who have arthritis!. see a doctor!
