What could this hard knot be?!

Question: What could this hard knot be!?

I noticed that I have a hard knot on my thumb and I have no idea what it could be!. It hurts sometimes when I move my thumb and if I press on it it hurts a lot!. Any suggestions on what it might be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
