What's wrong with my finger?!


Question: What's wrong with my finger!?
Its been about 2 weeks but i barely started to pay attention that when i put pressure on the root of my middle finger it hurts and i can feel this round small bone kind of stickin out
what should i do about it!?!? is it dislocated or something
