It may be a pinched nerve, or if you haven't had a bowel movement it could also be constipation or gas cramps!. I dont want to steer you in any wrong direction but usually when I have that pain, which I do often, it is usually because of gas or constipation!. That is my life, constant constipation!. If the pain continues or worsens maybe you should go to the doctor to make sure you dont have like gallstones or anything serious like that!. Does this happen when you eat fatty foods!? If it does then maybe you should stop for a while and see how you feel then!. Make sure to dink lots of water and rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
