Question: Can you really get too much sleep!?
I haven't had this problem in 2 years (since being pregnant and having a child) but this weekend, I actually had 2 nights in a row where the baby slept like an angel and I went to bed early and slept in!.!.!. I actually felt more sleepy and groggy then ever! It wasn't helpful or nice at all!.!.!. not like I imagined it would be!.
I was a zombie and felt tired all day!.!.!.

Yes, it is possible to have too much sleep!.
The average adult needs only about 6-7 hours of sleep!. I'm guessing you slept closer to 10 hours which is why you probably felt groggy and tired!.
