Answers:
The rotator cuff is actually a muscle that surrounds the shoulder joint!. Tearing it is a fairly common sports injury!. Could be that!. The joint is a ball and socket type with soft tissue, called the bursa, lining the socket!. The bursa can become inflamed and cause a lot of pain!. It's called bursitis!. Or you could have bone chips or other foreign matter in the joint irritating it!. Go see an orthopedist or orthopedic surgeon, or a doctor that practices sports medicine!. I have bursitis, so I can imagine how much you hurt!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is the pain under the arm toward your elbow if you trace it up and down the arm to the shoulder!? if so you have hyper extended the (sp) suppersplanotia, You can have a friend put your shoulder in place with a little help or get a doctor to do it!.

You lay on your side, they sit with there legs on each side of your arm!. The put their feet on your shoulder /chest and hold the arm straight, while moving the arm in a small circle they hold it tight and lean back and put the arm toward them, not a jerk, but a pull!. and then you fold the arms over your chest and soak in a hot tub or shoulder!.
