Ankle hurts when running sometimes.?!
Question: Ankle hurts when running sometimes!.!?
i am an active person and loves to run, i sprained my ankle pretty bad, i didn't step on somebodys foot or stumbled on something,
while i was running down the basketball court, i was approaching a player on the left side of me, i was dribbling the ball with my right hand,
the player , at the last second the player took a step, not directly in my path but enough to get my lowest shin above the ankle to hit his lower calf muscle and my ankle went up in an angle, to cause a sprain, after 1 1/2 months had passed,
my ankle is okay when i walk, but when i accidently have a mis-step to where my ankle goes up or down in an angle,
the two bones that stick out from my ankle on the left foot hurt with a pain and making me limp for a little while,
did i tear anything or crack somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

i had a similar thing happen to me!. there wasnt a tear or break i don't think, but i had something that wasn't healing correctly or something!. i went to some physical therapy and wore a brace for a little while and it stopped hurting eventually!. the physical therapy was kinda a waste of time, the exercises they had me do were things that did not require a therapist!. you could probably look up some exercises for your ankle on the internet, but you also might want to get it checked out, just in case there is a break or tear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might of tore a muscle , but you should probably see your doctor who helped you when you had your sprain and explain what your feeling and see where it goes from there that way you could get something that could help the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
