Sharp back pain?!
Question: Sharp back pain!?
i was on my bus and my spine was curved facing out (its normally curved in) and popped between my mid back and lower back!.!. and it really hurt to stay like that then and now whenever i sit its a really sharp pain!.!.

Sounds like a pinched sciatic nerve!. It could have inflamed the disk between the vertebrae!. alternate between ice and heat until you can get to your doctor!. It took an MRI to find my problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was having the same problem and now no more, do some swimming, it relaxes your muscles, I'm sure If you do what I tell you know, you will be able to cope with this sharp back pain, try to tighten tummy muscles always, when walking, when bending, when sitting except sleeping, the problem you have is that your back muscles are weak, and the tummy muscles holds your back and when your tummy muscles are weak you back muscles are weak as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
