Varacose veign on chest?!

hi im 33 weeks pregnant and have a lump sticking out below my breasts and above where bump is-to high to be baby,its painfull and hurts when bend down,i saw a doc about something else and asked about this and she said was a varacose veign!? only when i later went back to hospital for something else ad asked another doc they said had never hears of having a varacose vain there!? also another said the same but no one given any suggestion what could be instead!?wondere if anyone had heard of having one there or ideas what could be!? also its a colourless lump,definatly something on the inside pushing out,not a skin thing,and cant see any vein underneath!?
