Question: How can i work out my legs without using hands!?
my hand is broken and i am looking to work out my legs!. any answers will be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-treadmill
-machines at fitness club or school including leg press, leg curls, leg extension, hip adduction and abduction, etc
- power walking w ankle weights
-in-line skating
-resistance work with resistance bands
-leg lifts, lunges, wall sits, squats, leg throw downs,

you can do:

-squats
-wall sits
-leg lifts (lay on your back and lift your legs while keeping them straight)
-jumpies (stand up and jump like an inch off the floor very fast for a while!.
-go to the gym and use the machines that don't need your hands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do squats!. If you have access to the gym you can still use the leg press!. Use an exerball against the wall and do squats that way also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Strength or cardio!? You could use an exercycle and lean on your forearms instead of your hands!. I see people doing that all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
