How can I get myself back into a normal sleeping pattern?!


Question: How can I get myself back into a normal sleeping pattern!?
There's nothing wrong with my bed!. I am perfectly comfortable without any back pains or stiff necks!.!.!.

I don't really know what my problem is!.!.I am tired but I just can't ever go to sleep!. I work out, go online a lot & I do not drink soda or really have anything with caffiene in it!. Maybe it could be stress from not having a job!.

Why can't I sleep!. I always end up falling asleep around 6 am!.!.!.I know it is so unhealthy & I want it to stop!. How can I get my sleeping pattern back to normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress could be playing a big part!. Try doing something to relax yourself at night!. I like to read but you also try to mediate!. You could also try forcing yourself to get up at a normal time each day!. It would be rough for a few days but get up at 8am!. I worked 3rd shift for a while and to switch back I had to run off 3-4hours of sleep for a few nights to force myself back into a normal time!. I would suggest this strongly if you sleep for 8 hours once you fall a sleep!. If you work out at night you might want to switch to morning!. I have heard some people have trouble falling asleep after they work out at night!.

-For starters you should set a fixed time for waking up!. Even if you sleep within 3 hours of that waking up time, keep that time!. Within no time you'll find yourself sleeping in the proper pattern!.
-Work out in the mornings!. Working out anytime of the day makes it difficult to fall asleep!.
-Go to bed only when you are tired!. Don't force it!. Read a book to test how tired you are!. If you are really tired, you'll find yourself reading the same thing over and over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's because you're online all night, and you shouldn't be!. Are you working out late at night!? That might be the problem!. Try working out in the morning, staying up all day, and burning some of that energy off, and falling asleep that night!. Or maybe getting a 3rd shift job, you might like it if you like staying up all night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!. You're not really 'tired'!. You're just loaded up with nasty chimicals!.
You need to Exercise to flush the poisons OUT!. Mainly jogging!. As much as you can without hurting yourself!.
'Working out' with weights bulks up the muscles but doesn't really work out the body, flushing it with oxygen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called vikidin (r)!. Pop a couple of dozzen of those and you'll be sleeping for a very long time!. hehehehe!.!.!.

or alternatively go see someone that deals on a daily basis with insomniacs, like yourself!. It's nothing to be ashamed of!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its because u r on online all night!.!.!. try doing stuff around the house that will make u tired and just lay in ur bed around 9p!.m!. and u should fall asleep!.!.!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
