Why are my hands sore?!
Question: Why are my hands sore!?
Lately if I do an unaccustomed amount of work - like screwing into really hard wood (pun intended) or otherwise using my hands to do heavy, hard work, they get sore!. My fingers might be a little sore, but it's mostly the heels of my hands!.
It's more apparent than it was in the past!. Could this just be the toll of aging (I'm 42) or is that the first dread sign of arthritis or something equally hideous!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you need to screw into really hard wood more often (pun intended) that way your hands get used to the hard work!. Also, rubbing them as Wonder suggested sounds like a good idea!.
As for the toll of aging!? maybe, The Cats human is 44 and often wonders why she can't perform like she used to (take that how you like)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are working WAY too hard!. Relax a bit and massage some nice hand lotion into your hands 2 -3 times per day!. Bath & Body Works carries great, super-moisturizing lotions that smell great!.
