hey guys i need an answer!.!.!.
i'm thinking about doing water polo, and have to get physical to try out
i know what it is like, but some people are saying u need a blood test
is it true!?
can i get a physical w/o any needles involved!?

I've honestly never had a sports physical involving needles!.
It's possible that they might though!.
Explain your fear of needles and request that they use a butterfly needle!. I don't know why, but it always seems to help me!. It's so tiny looking and the wings flutter down so I'm staring at that instead of the needle!.
Turn your head and close your eyes, it won't take too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
