If this is something that just started and you don't normally have bad chapped lips, you may actually have a fungal infection!. Try using over the counter Lamisil, a cream for athlete's foot, a couple times a day!. If it makes them too dry, use the Carmex in a tube a few times a day, and only do the Lamisil morning and night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
