My ear got hit 3 weeks ago no loss of sound no fever i fear bad infection to it?!

I hit my ear 3 weeks ago while playing football, i felt nothing at the moment, the second day morning i was playing basketball i sprained my leg, the next day i felt dizzy, so in the afternoon i went to a doc for my leg he said its ok its just a sprain and he gave me a Non Steroidal anitinflamattery!. The dizziness went away !. After i stopped the medicine my tonsils got infected i went to a doc he said they were infected he gave me a very strong antiboiotic but even after i finished it my tonsil next to my ear still is big , I have no trouble hearing but i feel something is inside my ear and no dizziness and my tonsil still looks from inside my mouth big!. but when i touche it from my neck Its normal in size!. u see no fever no dizziness still!. am i going to be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
