Injury????!
Question: Injury!?!?!?!?
I have been doing a lot of running for track and playing really competitive soccer!. Anyway I was doing a long distance running workout and then my knees started hurting!. Did I pull something or am I just tired out from going non stop!?!? helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it didn't start hurting right away AS you were running or exercising, then you didn't pull a muscle!. It's probably just muscle fatigue or joint fatigue!. You need to probably take it easy for a few days, elevate your legs, apply some warm compresses to your knees, maybe some IcyHot ointment, and some ibuprofen for the pain!. Knees have a big job to do, so they need a break every now and again, OR you run the risk of getting arthritis!. Not a good thing for an athlete to have!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
