Answers:
If you have vinegar around the house, put some in an old mist spray bottle and spray it on the burn!. The vinegar will cool the skin temperature and make it stop stinging!. Stay away from heat, hot water and hot showers!. The heat will make it feel like it's inflamed and it will be worse after you do it!.
If you can get to a store, lots of dollar stores and grocery stores will have a cheap generic version of a pain relieving gel!. It's got aloe vera, menthol to cool the skin temperature, and some lidocaine to help the pain!. It works great!. The menthol feels fantastic and the drug doesn't hurt any either!.
Of all products, the aloe vera is supposed to be the best product on the market for sunburn!. The aftersun is just a lotion to moisture sun-dried skin!. The label might say it has aloe but it isn't one of the first 3 or 4 ingredients, there won't be enough quantity in it to get the benefits out of it!. Don't get a lotion get a gel, it's light, and it's not oily so you can let it soak in, wait a bit, and do it again!. After the second application, your pain should have subsided considerably and you should be feeling much better!.
I hope you feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I put aloe vera on and then i use regular lotion!. I am a lifeguard and I always burn like the 1st week and lotion turns it into a tan!. I put it on at night and in the morning you can't even tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use 100% aloe vera in the gel form (its green)!. it really helps heal sunburns fast but it does sting a little and feel cold and gross kinda, but asorbs quickly and you just need to reapply it often!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
