I cant sleep at night until around 4 am... every night....what can i do?!
Question: I cant sleep at night until around 4 am!.!.!. every night!.!.!.!.what can i do!?
i miss class, important events because i sleep late, but i cant go to bed earlier,it doesnt feel right, and i dont fall asleep anyways!.!.!. i dont take pills because pills are stupid, any kind of medicine is stupid, unless absolutely necessary!.!.!.

I had the same problem, it becomes a routine thats really hard to break, you feel the most awake at like 3/4am!.!. And then finally get to sleep in the early hours of the morning!.!. Which obviously makes waking up again at a normal hour near impossible!.
I think what you need to do is totally change your routine, like my worst vice was my laptop!. SWITCH IT OFF, Or give it to a friend to lock away or something, or whatever it is that distracts you to stay up!.
Then you have to FORCE yourself to go to bed at a reasonable hour like 12am, or atleast a few hours earlier than you would normally sleep!.!. You won't fall asleep immediately, or even at all, but its about trying to get your body back into the 'normal' routine of things!.!.
Another more difficult option is to force yourself to wake up early the next day, OR do an all nighter!. Then you have to ensure you do not fall asleep during the day, so when the evening draws near!.!. Avoiding ALL distractions, crawl into bed, and catchup on some good sleep - BUT Remember make sure you wake up again at a reasonable hour, otherwise its just going back to the same ol' routine!.!.

i also have the same problem before this!.to overcome this problem,i think you shoul push yourself not to sleep at day!.!.i know its really hard,but you have to do!.!.you will feel very tired to do that!.!.!.u should push yourself to have your sleep at the right time!.!.if u cannot sleep at night again,,you have to repeat the step until you get enough tired to sleep at the right time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It might be stress related perhaps !? If so!.!.!.deal with the issues you may be stressed with and have nothing on your "to do list"!. Failing that hypnotherapy is a good cure, and will teach you how to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
