yes and one good one i know is listening to dolphines in the water, you can by it on cd form from some music stores, also lots of soft classical music helps too, but the dolphine one i use my self and it is so relaxing for headaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes music can help your headaches!. Mostly classical music, and it't not curing the headache it's releiving the symptoms that cause the headache such as stress!. Like another answerer said, different music affects people different try out different styles and levels and see which one does it for you!. But personally I would start with something classical or even celtic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That depends on the person!. When I get a migraine, I suffer from ocular migraines on occasion, I have found that listening to power or progressive metal at a moderate volume soothes my nerves and relieves the pain!. Mind you the musical style that works for you will most likely be different but try a few styles and see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
