nowadays i cant sleep, i go to bed at 12 and i fall asleep at like 2!.!.!. how about you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be like that!. It's good not to think stressful or complicated things while you sleep!. Never EVER look at the time when you're trying to sleep!. If you still can't sleep, then do some peaceful activities like listen to music or read!. Or else, go ask a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When you can't sleep you should turn the t!.v!. on or read something thats really boring!. You are bound to fall asleep then!. Am I right!? ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
are you thinking of how your day was or night dreaming some call it day dreaming if its in the day quit thinking of what your day was and night dreaming then you can fall a sleep at least thats how i do itWww@Answer-Health@Com
That usually happens when your mind is stuck on something, or not satisfied!. Same happened to me!. High chance it is some confusion or unresolved problems within your life!.
I just did push-ups to make me feel tired!. Or closed me eyes and tried to stop thinking!.
I tried music, it didn't really work!. Unless it made me dance till I was tired!. It usually made me go bed just as late, because I couldn't stop listening!. And it was peaceful/ambient music often too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you could try eating some dried cherries (rich in melatonin) an hour before bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
