Pain on my hip where the joint is at, is it Muscle Spasm?!
Question: Pain on my hip where the joint is at, is it Muscle Spasm!?
I been having these for a while now and I don't know what it is and I've been ignoring it!.
It a pain like in my hip and leg where they connect at the joints!. The pain becomes so sharp that I'll just stay they and can't walk!. It hurts soo bad and I give it to time to relieve itself but once I start walking it'll come back so I stay even longer waiting!. It is something bad or its normal!?
I get them at times when I'm walking too much, when I sit and stand up, when I run, or even when just standing still!.!.
Please give me your thoughts of what it might be!.!.

I would say that the problem is coming from your knees!. The pain and muscle irritation is most likely coming from the compensation that must be done for the problem at the knee!. More information would be needed to answer that!. I would suggest that you start with your family doctor!. Ask for a referral to an orthopedist!. You could also ask for a referral to a physical therapist if where you live doesn't have direct access!. Once the issue with the knees is corrected then the hip should clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
