I just got hit really hard in my head and it formed a big knot!. As soon as i got hit and sat down i felt like i wanted to just passout! i feel very sleepy right now and i wanna go to sleep so bad!. If I Seep Will I DIE!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how long ago you hit your head!.!.!.and concussion sufferers are recommended to get lots of rest and sleep!. The myth is as you stated, but in reality it is OK to go to sleep, it is when you have had a head injury and were fine and normal immediately following the injury and you fall asleep and are hard to arouse afterwards that can cause trouble!. If this happened a few hours ago, sleep is the best thing you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, don't panic!. You won't die!. Text or ring someone you know and tell them what happened!. Whatever you do, don't drive yourself to the doctor!. You'll be fine, just get some help from someone you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I reckon the first thing you should have got was a big cup of hot sweet tea to help you overcome initial shock!. Secondly, I would have got it checked out by local hospital, just for peace of mind!. Do NOT fr God's sake lie down, worst thing you can do!.
