Answers:
Maybe you were sitting in a strange position!? It happens!. Sometimes when your body bends it can put strain on your chest muscles!.

However, if the incident is a purely medical problem, I suggest you visit the local clinic or hospital immediately!.

The possible causes of the pain are:

muscle strain
panic attack
broken or fractured rib(s)
rheumatic fever
anemia
drug overdose
asthma
general anxiety disorder
heart rhythm disorder
pleurisy
pulmonary embolism
osteomyelitis
costochondritis
atrial flutter
cryptococcosis
esophagatis
histoplasmosis
mastitis
pleural effusion

There are pharmaceuticals for chest pains but I suggest you visit the local clininc first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be a hypochondriac, if its really bad take pain killers!. I'm sure you don't have a punctured lung or anything, maybe a chest infection but then you would feel it when you are working out!. My advice!.!.!.!.!.!.don't rest , you are 15 !.!.!.!. you've got the rest of your life to rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
