Question: I heard that its good to run when your shoulder hurts, is is true!?
my coach that used to pitch in college, (i pitch too) said for me to run for at least 20 minutes to get the acid or something out of my shoulder!. because for the first time, my shoulder has been hurting whenever i throw!. well tonight i ran for about 30 minutes at least and my heart was pumping really hard!. i have iced and take 4 advils (ibuprofen) every day and rested for a week, do you think this is enough rest!? i am 14!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're developing tendinitis (probably) and running will do nothing for this!.
Throwing takes strong triceps!. If you overdevelop your triceps and deltoids, this will pull on your biceps, and will cause shoulder pain!. Doing bicep curls will help to develop an overall strong arm, as will rowing (which is the opposite of throwing)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
