What to do for stomache pain?!
Question: What may be wrong with me? Alot of the time (not all of the time) my stomache starts to hurt really bad (sometimes its excrutiating) after I eat and after vigorous exercise (running is the only exercise that has caused stomache pain). I went to the doctor and they gave me a blood test and a urinalysis test and asked me a bunch of questions. I went back to the doctors office today for a follow up and a physical, and they told me that everything is normal, nothings wrong with me. I figured I would be ok then, but I drank a small meal replacement shake on my way to work and now im in pain again...the doctor apparently isnt going to be able to help me. So what do I do? What may be wrong? Im a skinny 19 year old male whos in moderate shape. Its a possibility it may have something to do with stomache acid...but I dont get heartburn and dont have acid reflux, its strictly in my stomache, so it doesnt make alot of sense...any advice or information would be helpful.

I suggest journaling. Write down everything you eat and if you had pain after eating it. You may find that everytime you eat/drink something with dairy products, wheat or another ingredient you get the pain indicating a food allergy or sensitivity. It may not seem as if it is food specific but after looking back over a month or so of journaling it can become more obvious.
