How long do neck cramps last ?!
Question: Somehow it got strained while sitting on the computer, or maybe because the day before. I was working picking up rocks with my head tilted down.
Two different times, I hurt the sides of my neck, and they went away pretty fast.
If the neck pulls or strains a muscle, does it grow back stronger after it heals ?
Also, have you ever had a neck ache like right on the back side, on the spine ?
That's where my neck is feeling the pain now, it's not as bad as the first day, but it's really annoying.
Besides hot water, ice packs, and circling it. What should I do ?
