Question: I took way too many advil last night. I took 25 advil (200 mg each) and 4 extra strength tylonol (500 mg)
I feel fineish this morning. It just feels like I have a bad hangover. Is anything bad going to happen to me?

Start drinking a lot of water, your liver/kidneys are going to take a major beating from all those pills. Also you may wish to get counseling. I'll believe you when you say you weren't attempting suicide, (and the chances of Advil and Tylenol actually killing you is slim.) However something made you decide taking all those pills was a good idea, so get help.
If you took all of those pills because you were in pain, it should be noted that at a certain nth number pain pills stop being effective. Advil will only relieve so much pain, no matter how much you take. It's best to take just the suggested dose, wait an hour and take a half dose, and repeat this until the pain is gone. (This is not the suggestion of a doctor, just from someone who often can't afford her real medicine and so makes do with OTC stuff, just make sure you drink a lot of water and eat something so your organs don't mutiny.)

No, you should be alright. Technically what you had this morning was the equivalent of a hangover, and I would expect that last night you probably felt kind of drunk and a little numb (right before you passed out). I would, however, advise you not to do this again. It is very hard on the stomach and liver.
