Can I benefit from running or any form of Cardio while having lower back pain ?!
Question: So I've been having lower back pain for some time and Im waiting for the X-Ray results but in the meantime, is it wise for me to be constantly running or even jumping rope?
Can I straighten my back and maybe feel less pain if I run?

I find that when you have pain of any sort, gradually adding exercise to your daily routine always helps. But don't do too much at once! That could do more harm than good.
For lower back pain, I think floor exercises would help more than running.

Do situps or crunches.....as you strengthen your abs it will give your lower back better support. If your bed is really soft, that can also contribute to back pain.
