Can you ise chakra to heal your phyisical pain?!

Question: Put it this way. It can't hurt to ask during your meditations that your chakras be alligned from the crown chakra to the kundalini and imagine a purple thread of light threading in and out of each of the chakras while thinking "I am now balancing and alligning the chakra system"
I wouldn't put any money into it though, no practitioners that want to charge you to allign your chakras in other words.
