You need to go see a doctor, to make sure everything's okay with you, in terms of your health and I'd do it right away. I don't know if you suffered any injuries, something that you're doing or some other issue-just to be safe, go to the doctor, and the opthalmologist (eye doctor) or any specialists that you can think of (neurology=brain, cardio=heart, etc.). Don't waste anymore time on this, go now.

Well, it's not good. You need to lower the temperature of the shower water. You're getting it too hot. This can cause your veins to expand and more blood to rush to your head. That's why you're seeing stars. That and you need to not lock your knees when you are standing under the water.

did you get a head injury recently? call your doctor, they'll be able to tell you.
i think it's kinda cool when i see stars. :-) if i put my head way down like at my knees...and then suddenly stand up straight...i usually see stars. you haven't got a thing to worry about.
