Shoulder popping out of socket and numbness??!
Question: I woke up this morning and my arm was extremely weak. As I was showering I noticed I could barely lift my arm up and it keeps popping out of the socket (shoulder)? I'm 24, healthy and in decent shape....How does this happen and how do i fix it? Do I call my doctor?

Yes, you call your doctor, okay? You leave these sorts of thing to doctors. They're serious. Now, as to the reasons, there could be a lot, too much stress, getting stuck in an ugly position while sleeping, it varies. You just go ask your doctor about it, better if you let him/her see it. Get well soon!
Call your doctor, sounds like a form of dislocation and the numbness can be caused by a nerve being trapped in the socket with the limb is reducing back into its socket. Leaving this can cause long term damage. Hope this helps
