Sleep problem? help.?!


Question: okay so i have a sleep probelm. its not to bad though. no matter what time i go to sleep i always wake up at excastly 8 o clock. i want to sleep late! every weekday morning i get up at 715 for school. but that doesnt make sence? any body know a way to help? thanks.

wow i just posted the same question...i have the same problem. i wake up aruond 7 30 for school automattically with out an alarm clock. so on weekends, i've gone to bed at 6 before and woke up at 8 still. i hate it sometimes, cause later in the day all i'll want to do is to take a nap.

It's because your body is used to getting up at a certain time--trained to. I'm the same way. I didn't get home till 2 a.m. and here it is, 8, and I'm up, on the computer while hubby sleeps soundly. It stinks, but it comes in handy on working/school days.

You sound just like me. Your body is probably just used to waking up early, like mine. I went to sleep at 1 in the morning and woke up at 7, and couldn't go back to sleep. Just wake up early if it feels right, and get your day going.
Nothing is wrong with you :) Your body is just adjusted to waking up earlier.

Btw, if you want to wake up a little later than usual then maybe you should sleep really really late and go to sleep when you're really exhausted. If you try that, you'll most likely wake up after 8am
