Epidural steroid injections for lumbar spinal stenosis ??!

Question: has anyone ever had this done??did it hurt?? i have to have it done.my L4 and L5 lumbar are messed up(bulging disc) and sciatic nerve pain..thanks!!

Yep, I had a series of 3 shots and they did help. They will not cure the problem but they will make you feel better
