I take a needle and pop them and then put antibacterial cream and a bandaid on them.
I don't think you should pop it, it may cause a scar. It will rupture on its own. Then keep it clean and covered.
Just let it go.
If you want, put a sterile dressing over it and bandage it in place. This should keep you from wanting to pop it.
