Intense pain everytime I take a breath...?!
Question: Ok,so today we were made to run the mile.
I haven't had to do that in over a year.
Since last January. Today I did I pushed myself pretty hard we needed a certain time in order to pass.
I did that at around 7 o'clock AM its now 10 PM.
I have a huge pain that spreads through out my chest when ever I take a breath.
It also hurts to clear my throat or do anything like that...
It hurts to walk or do anything really.
It went away for about an hour at around 1,but it came back worse than before.
Does anyone know what the cause of this could be?
And is there anything that I can do to make it feel better?

Sounds like you may have pulled a muscle...or done something wrong while running. I know that sounds crazy but it could be possible. I would suggest going to the Dr..asap!!
call the hospital, not 911, and ask them what this symptom is. or call a doctors 24/7 line.
sounds like you have pulled a chest muscle. they can be extremely painful.
