What is this painful callus looking thing on the bottom of my foot?!
Question: its most likely a plantars wart. and like what the person said before me, its a wart that grows in instead of out since the skin on the bottom of your feet is really tough. They will most likely just cut it open and remove it and give you narcotic pain killers if necessary, which i never pass up on the oppurtunity to get them :)

It could be a wart.Go to the doc and get it checked out as some of these grow inward.I am not a medical person but had one of these and it was very painful until I had it removed.
its the thick skin on the bottom of you foot...Dr schol or a chiropodists can shave the hard skin,,not painful as all..try wearing good shoes..comfy,,etc..mary.c.
Does it hurt or is it just annoying? eather way i would go see a doctor especially if it hurts!
