Rolled ankle on a hike and walked 3 miles down on it?!
Question: pain was really bad at first then it went away a little bit i walk down the mountain (rock jumping to get down) i got home i sat down and i couldent stand on the foot at all its not swollen not blue or any thing i think i did some thing with the ligaments.... any help

Yelp you got a slight sprain there
get some ACE bandage wrap and wrap it the pack will tell you how to wrap a ankle shoes might be a problem for the next week or so.
You might be looking at a cheap walking cane too. As time goes it will get a little more tender. At night when at home keep it up on a foot cushion to keep blood flowing easy to it.

The pain get some aspirin
Souns like you have sprained it, stil put an ice pack on it and keep moving it so it doesn't get stiff, if it does start to swell then go get it x-rayed.
